Our private BBQs are hugely popular and much requested at our resorts; your personal BBQ is prepared at the resort and then hosted and cooked on a professional BBQ by our in-house chef.
Menu example: SURF & TURF: Steak 'Lomito', ribs, chicken and Turf (fish), Scrimps, Tuna or Salmon (Based on Catch of the Day). Side dishes; corn on the cob, baked (puffed) potato / chives sour creme, potato salad, coleslaw, bbq beans, tomato, cucumber, Fresh Fruit.
